1. Kings Printer is a B2B printing service provider that fulfills orders exclusively through printing presses. The company bears no responsibility for any duplicate, fake, or prohibited content in orders placed by printing presses or channel partners. Any printing agency found to be knowingly or unknowingly involved in such activities will have their membership permanently revoked.
2. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed across different print jobs, regardless of printing method or provider. To ensure consistent color in future print runs, job profiling services are available at an additional cost.
3. Kings Printer’s liability ends upon the shipment of goods from its warehouse.
4. For club printing products (like visiting cards, ATM pouches, letterheads, envelopes, etc.), discounts will be applied proportionally to the number of defective sheets or cards. Orders with more than 50% defective items will be reprinted.
5. Customers are responsible for transportation costs on reprinted orders due to printing errors.
6. In case of disputes, lost or delayed deliveries, or other transaction-related issues, Kings Printer’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the disputed product.
7. Kings Printer reserves the right to cancel or modify any membership or channel partner code.
8. The company is solely responsible for payments made to its designated bank account.
9. I hereby authorize Kings Printer to send service and transactional SMS notifications to me and my customers.
10. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur.
